Welcome to Villa d'Arte, a detached boutique villa for 6 to 8 people where Italian heritage, contemporary art and the good life come together. The villa has been renovated with great care and an eye for detail, keeping its authentic elements, high ceilings and original features. The result is a characterful home in which history, design and modern art reinforce one another.

With several generous living spaces, a large garden and a big terrace, Villa d'Arte is the ideal place for families, groups of friends or two families who want to enjoy quiet, space and the charm of Piedmont together.

The heart of the villa is the generous kitchen and dining room, with a large dining table, fridge, oven, hob and coffee machine. French doors take you straight onto the terrace and into the garden, so inside and outside flow seamlessly into each other.

The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable armchairs, a generous sofa bed and a television. The villa also has an atmospheric dining room made for long dinners, games and good evenings. A piano and a record player give this room extra character.

For anyone who wants to escape the bustle for a moment, there is a light conservatory looking out over the garden. Here you will find a desk, a comfortable sleeping chair and all the quiet you need to read, work or simply enjoy the view.

On the ground floor there is a stylish bathroom with a shower, washbasin and bidet. The impressive monumental staircase takes you to the first floor.

The spacious master bedroom has a freestanding bath and a beautiful view over the rolling vineyards of the Monferrato. There are two more spacious bedrooms, each with its own character, tastefully furnished with modern art and with French doors to the outside. From one of the bedrooms you can even see the snow-covered peaks of the Alps on clear days. This floor also has a large bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

Around the villa lies a generous garden with several places to relax, eat outside or enjoy the Italian sun. On the large terrace you feel the silence of the countryside, while the petanque court invites you to a relaxed afternoon with family or friends. Parking is easy in the private spaces right in front of the villa.

Villa d'Arte is in the charming village of Viarigi, in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage region of the Monferrato, famous for its vineyards, truffles, hazelnuts and excellent food. Asti, Alessandria and Casale Monferrato are close by, while Turin, Milan and Genoa are within one to one and a half hours.
