Casa Panorama stands on the southern edge of Viarigi, on the Via Castello, with a wide view over the hills of the Monferrato. That terrace and its view are what make the house special: for a very large part of the year you simply live outdoors here.
The house has just been fully renovated and is spread over three floors, with more than a hundred square metres of living space inside. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed: two upstairs and one with its own en suite bathroom on the lower floor. Both bathrooms are brand new, with generous walk-in showers and handmade tiles.
The new kitchen is extensively equipped, with a hob, fridge, freezer, oven, Nespresso machine and kettle.
Outside, Casa Panorama has two very large outdoor spaces: a big covered terrace on the ground floor and a particularly spacious roof terrace looking out over the village and the hills. A wood-fired hot tub is coming there soon. Parking is easy on the ample private spaces right by the house.
